A minimum of 60% marks is required to apply for the position and selected candidates are offered with pay package up to Rs. 34800/- per month (with a grade pay of Rs. 4200/- per month).
Other than PSU, M.Sc (Electronics) graduates can try for the profile of ‘Asst Professor’ in government colleges. An additional qualification of NET is mandatory to apply for the position. In railways, these candidates can join to the position of ‘Section Research Engineer’, by qualifying the selection process of RRB. Scale of pay and grade pay for the position is Rs.9300-34800/-per month and Rs.4600/- per month respectively.
