Admission Process for PGDM in IMDR
The admission for PGDM course in IMDR will be based on either (CAT/MAT/ATMA/XAT/CMAT) test score. Graduates in any specific subjects can apply for PGDM course. Online applications are accepted by the institute.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to apply for PGDM course in IMDR, it is essential for candidates to complete graduation course. Minimum 50% marks needs to be attained by candidates aspiring to join for PGDM course. Even those candidates who are pursuing graduation final year are also become eligible to apply for this course. In such cases, candidates should be able to score the specified percentage of marks at the time of admission.
Admission Procedure
A centralized admission procedure followed by the Directorate of Technical Education (Maharashtra state) is essential for candidates to join for PGDM courses in IMDR. As part of the application procedure, candidates should have a valid test score in either of the selection tests such as -
- CAT (conducted by IIMs)
- MAT (conducted by AIMA)
- XAT (conducted by XLRI)
- ATMA (conducted by AIMS)
- CMAT (conducted by AICTE)
The total number of seats for PGDM course in IMDR is 120. Candidates will be selected on merit basis depending on their relative test scores. Candidates selected based on the test score will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
Application Procedure
Candidates are required to submit online applications in order to join for PGDM course in IMDR. It is mandatory for candidates to issue a DD of Rs 1000/- in order to apply online for this course. DD should be taken in favor of “The Directorate of IMDR”. It is essential on the part of candidates to fill up the correct details on the application form. The specific details about the DD must be noted at the end of the application form. A token number will be displayed on the screen after submitting the application successfully. Along with the DD the candidate needs to send the photocopy of the specific (CAT/MAT/ATMA/XAT/CMAT) test score to the IMDR address through post. It is mandatory to write the token number on the back side of the DD before sending it to the college address. Final year students must compulsorily submit a certificate issued by the Head of the Institute certifying that they will be completing their graduation before the time of admission.
On receiving the application form the institute will verify all the records. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
