B.A in Bengali is one of the most demanding courses for the new aged students. Nowadays students are showing great interests towards courses related to literature and language and B.A in Bengali is one such course. The course provides the students with enough knowledge on the Bengali language as well as in Sanskrit. Students in this course learn lots on the Bengali literature and language. The students studying B.A in Bengali even acquires knowledge on the life of famous poets or authors such as Rabindra Nath Tagore, Bamkin Chandra Chottapadhoy, Michel Madhusudhan Dutta, etc. and learn a lots on their famous poems, novels, etc. which helps them in their near future to continue with this subject.

Eligibility:

Students applying for B.A in Bengali should hold a pass certificate of 10 and 10+2 from any recognized board of the country with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks which may differ from institution to institution. Many colleges even conducts entrance exam for the admission of the students. Students studying with Bengali in 10 and 10+2 will be beneficial for the course.

Course Outlook:

Various Universities provides the students with correspondence as well as regular course of B.A in Bengali. The course has a total time span of 3 years, which includes three exams, i.e. one per year. After the completion of the every year of this course, again the students need to register their name for the next year under the same University. But incase of failure the student need to repeat the last year again.

Job Prospects:

Candidates after the completion of the course can get jobs in school and colleges as teachers. They can apply for masters in the same field.
