The eligibility criteria required to become a HR Manager is a masters’ degree in Human Resource Administration and Management. To join for the Postgraduate course in Human Resource Management, one should have a basic qualification of a pass in bachelors’ degree in any discipline. In addition, the candidate is required to appear for an entrance test like, MAT, CAT or XAT. The admission procedure will be carried on with reference to the grade score in entrance exams.

How to prepare for exam and interview?

The entrance exams for joining the Postgraduate programmes will be conducted twice a year. Application fees and other details for applying the test will be different for different Universities. Those who have cleared the entrance exam are required to attend a Personal interview prior to admission. Candidates who have completed the postgraduate courses in HRM can apply for jobs in the respective field.
