Job Profile: The candidate should be able to work in rotational night shifts. He must attend training/refresher sessions and meetings. He must adhere to the standard operating procedures, which is required by the process. He should be able to answer the inbound calls, would have excellent communication skills and computers knowledge. He must have excellent presentation skills and must have an analytical bend of mind.
Educational Qualifications: Under Graduates and Graduates can apply. Candidate who had done Diploma course can also apply for the post. Post Graduates are not required for the post.
Experience: 0-1 year
Pay scale: Rupees 1, 25,000 to 1, 50,000 + incentives + meals+ free cabs
