Pondicherry Joint Entrance Test for Medical program is carried out by the Centralized Admission Committee on behalf of Government of Pondicherry. It is commonly called CENTAC JET. The qualified candidates of CENTAC JET medical entrance test will get admission into the Government and private colleges in Pondicherry for the course like MBBS, BDS, B V Sc, B.H.M.S etc. The examination is conducted normally in the month of July or August.

Structure of CENTAC JET Medical

The CENTAC Medical entrance exam is of objective type in nature having two different papers. Each paper is of two hours duration carrying total of 180 problems. The papers of the CENTAC Medical include:

Eligibility Criteria for CENTAC JET Medical

The aspirants of CENTAC JET Medical Entrance exam should have a minimum of 45% marks in their final plus two board examinations. The Reservation category will have a relaxation as per the Pondicherry Government norms. The minimum age of the candidates should be 17years and the upper limit is 21.

The aspirants can apply for the exam through online by visiting the official website of CENTAC. One can also get the form by sending a request for form to the given address along with the DD of Rs.565/-
