Vikrama Simhapuri University was established in the year 2008 as a public university located in Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh. ESL. Narasimhan, who is also the State Governer of Andhra Pradesh, is the Chancellor of the university. Professor C. R. Visweswara Rao is the Vice Chancellor of the university. Professor T.
