The institute offers twelve undergraduate programs. The duration of all undergraduate courses except B.Arch is four years. There are examinations at the end of each semester. • Bachelor of Architecture: This course is a 5 year course. The number of seats for this course is 40.
• B.Tech in Electronics & Telecom Engineering: The number of seats for this course is 60.
• B.Tech in Information Technology: The number of seats for B.Tech in Information Technology is 60.
• B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering: The number of seats for this course is 60.
• B.Tech in Bio Medical Engineering: This is one of the newly started branches by the institute. The number of seats for this course is 40.
• B.Tech in Bio technology: The number of seats for this course is 40.

Postgraduate courses offered by NIT Raipur

The institute offers postgraduate courses in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Applied Geology, Electrical, and MCA. M.E/M.Tech program is a two year course. The minimum eligibility for M.E/M.Tech programs is to be a graduate in engineering. The candidate should obtain valid GATE score for getting admission for M.E/M.Tech programs. The Master of Computer Application is a three year post graduate course. The admission for this course is on the basis of merit lit of All India M.C.A. Common Entrance Test.
