I have passed 10th with 58%, but completed 12th in Arts faculty. I have completed 1 year diploma course in Interior design from a Government Polytechnic, and working since 5 to 6 years on autocad as an interior designer. I want to do correspondence diploma in Civil Engineering, Am I eligible for this? Please tell me.

Although there are many open universities which offer diploma courses, but they are not approved by AICTE. Hence, it will be better to pursue diploma in civil engineering from a AICTE recognized institute by attending regular classes.

Admission in diploma in civil engineering is based on class 10th qualification, through entrance exam. Hence, you can appear for any polytechnic entrance exam for admission.
