After completion of your three years Diploma in Civil Engineering course, you can pursue your higher studies or you can do a job. You can either apply for jobs or apply for higher studies after completion of Diploma in Civil Engineering. Civil diploma holders can apply for various jobs in the government and private organizations. You can apply for B.E or B.Tech Civil Engineering course, after completion of three years diploma in civil engineering with at least 50% marks. For taking admission, you have to appear for a lateral entry entrance examination like LEET. Candidates are admitted directly to the second year of the engineering graduation through lateral entry. The duration of the course is three years. The B.E or B.Tech lateral entry admission is available in various engineering colleges.
