Sir, I want to get transferred from a private diploma college to another diploma college. How can i do that?

No, it is not possible to change college while pursuing Diploma course. You need to pursue your three years Diploma course from a single college. It is not possible to pursue one year Diploma course from one college and other two years Diploma course from another college. You need to pursue first year to third year Diploma course from a single college. So, I suggest you to pursue three years Diploma course from the same college where you are currently pursuing your Diploma course.
