Is it possible to get job if we have one backlog in diploma course with 68 percentage marks? Can you please let me know in which companies I can apply for the job? It will be really helpful if you can guide me on this soon. Please give me the steps to follow. Thank you!

You have a pending backlog so you are not eligible for government jobs.

So first cleared your pending backlog then you can apply for government sector jobs.

It is very difficult to get a job if you have one backlog in diploma course. So first, you have to complete your diploma course to get a good job. For getting a job in a reputed company, you should have completed your diploma with good marks. Without completion of the diploma, they will not consider you for the selection process in reputed companies. You may get a job in small companies. To get a job in reputed companies, you have to complete your diploma course.
