Hello Sir, I have completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering but I have 1 backlog subject. I want to know a m I eligible for any job in Mahindra company if I have 1 backlog? Please answer as soon as possible.

You have pending backlog so you are not eligible for Mahindra company.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for Mahindra is 60%. You should not have any pending backlog. Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for Mahindra recruitment.

Eligibility criteria for jobs in Mahindra Company is :

1. You must have done diploma from a technical institute which is approved by All India council for Technical education.

2. There should not be any pending backlog at time of recruitment.

3. Minimum of 60% marks in diploma is required to apply for recruitment drive.
