Can i do MS in abroad despite of having backlogs?

No, it is not possible to do MS in Abroad if you have backlogs in your Graduation. If you have already cleared backlogs then, you can pursue MS in Abroad. To be eligible to get admission in MS course in Abroad, you must have completed Graduation from a recognised university and you need to appear in GRE and TOEFL/UELTS examinations depending upon the selection of your country for pursuing MS course.
