How to apply for scholarship at IIT, being from a poor family?
I am studying in class 12th. Now, I want to study software engineering; I have heard that Jan 2 is the last date to apply for IIT for Nepalese. Is it true? I am from a poor family, how to apply for scholarship in IIT. Please answer.

Those whose annual income is less than 1 lacs , can study free.
And those whose family annual income is less than 6 lacs, can apply for scholarship and can receive some portion of fees. On joining IIT, one can also apply for Merit cum Need scholarship. Scholarship is also awarded on the basis JEE rank with condition that the parental income does not exceed Rs 5 lacs. Scholarship is also provided on the basis of all round performance in previous school years . |
