The list of banks which offer education loan is attached below for your kind reference. The interest rate is same for most of the banks as it is regulated by Reserve Bank of India and every bank must adhere to it. However, there are certain subsidies which are offered by banks to its customers on various grounds and varies from one bank to another. SBI offers 1% lesser interest rate with stricter terms and conditions as compared to other banks.
