Dear Sir,
I have got 98% in 12th and my JEE Main result is awaiting. I want to apply for an Education Loan to do B.Tech. I can pay the Loan amount in EMI mode. But I don't have any kind of property. Is there any possibility that I can get an Education Loan?

Considering your academic record you will be granted the Educational Loan but you will have to produce the IT Return of the Last Financial year of the person you want to show as your guarantor.
Regarding the repayment you will have to start repaying in EMI mode to the Bank, 6 months after the completion of your course.
