Rate of Interest under Vijaya Bank Education Loan to study Abroad? Does they offer concession to girls?


Kindly tell me what is the rate of interest of Vijaya Bank Education Loan Scheme for candidates who are desire to study in Abroad? And I want to know that does this Bank provide concession to girls?

Rate of Interest under Vijaya Bank Education Loan to study Abroad are mentioned below :-

--> Up to Rs 4.00 Lakh :- MCLR 1 Year + 1.70%=11.15% p.a.
--> Above Rs 4.00 Lakh and up to Rs 7.50 Lakh :- MCLR 1 Year + 2.20%=11.65% p.a.
--> Above Rs 7.50 Lakh :- MCLR 1 Year+1.70%=11.15% p.a.

Yes, Vijaya Bank offers an 0.50% interest concession to girl candidates for pursuing higher studies in Abroad. It is applicable only when the ultimate rate of interest charged is not less than Base Rate.
