Should I have to repay loan amount just after 4 years if going to complete B.Tech in 5 years?


If I complete my B.Tech in 5 years instead of 4 years then I have to pay the loan amount which I have taken under Education Loan scheme after 4 years? Please let me know about this.

No, you do not have to start repaying the loan after 4 years if you complete your B.Tech course in 5 years. Even in 4 years B.Tech course, bank gives additional grace period of 1 year if you do not get a job after which you need to start repaying the loan. So, you can start repaying the loan after 5 years.
