I want to apply an Education Loan from Federal Bank for my Hotel Management undergraduate course. I would like to know about the subsidy scheme for me after taking this Education Loan policy. Please let me know asap.

Federal Bank sanction education loan for Hotel Management UG courses under special scheme called "Special Vidya Loan". No security needed for loans upto 4 lacs of rupees. Central Government of India provides subsidy for interest in case of education loan for economically weaker section candidates.

In order to be eligible for this subsidy scheme, your parents annual income must be less than 4.5 lacs of rupees. Under this scheme, no interest is charged during course period plus one year of six months after course period. To know more about Federal bank loan scheme Click Here .
