Interest rates set by RBI for Education Loan?


Sir,
Can you tell me what is the interest rates set by RBI for an Education Loan? I want to apply for an Education Loan for B.Tech course in India. So, I want to know the interest rates.

The interest rate set by Reserve Bank of India for education loan fluctuates from time to time. Hence it is not possible to state an exact rate of interest as it may change in the coming week. The rate of interest for education loan varies in the range of 13-14.5 percent. However, SBI charges one percent lesser interest than the prevailing market interest rate.
