Is company secretary ( cs ) an easy course for an average student..?
im doing b.com now...will i b able to cope with both or will it b difficult??

Please understand one thing. If you feel one as tough, then your mind will get restricted to proceed. Eventhough CA is said to be tougher compared to other fields, its upto you to deliver the interest and hardwork on the subject to go through it. My cousin is doing his final year CA right now.He was an average student in 12th but after making his mind to become CA, he scored centum in Accounts and have cleared all subjects till now, after five to six attempts. So, dont think it as tough and feel easy and work hard. You will get through.

at any top place like IIT's IIM's you would find Average students in good numbers
sometimes even more than really intelligent ones ... well dedication to your cause

so if you want to clear CA then believe me.. average students have achieved everything
a human being ever can... just concentrate and dont bother about intelligence etc.
study well CA demands full time dedication spend an ideal 6-8 hours a day and more importantly you should only study in this time ... take 15 minute breaks in 1.5 -2 hrs.
then you can indulge in all social activities you can .. but never miss your studies
nobody can stop you .. take help of good teachers ,they make things simple.

you may face a lot of discouragement from family members, friends .etc just reject it and go for it... many avg students are completed ca ...successfully................................ but hard work is needed for it

Do you think that all the students doing the CA course are brilliant?
Of course not should be the answer.
I have seen many persons even with average academic profiles have successfully completed the CA course.Yes it is true that it is not so easy but not impossible.

If you are really interested in this particular course,then you should not have the
feeling that you will not be able to complete this course.Only human beings completes this courses and you too are no different.Have faith in yourself,remember that even the easiest of the courses becomes difficult if taken lightly.

For the CA course,Mathematics is very important.Work hard,you will definitely achieve success.

hello sir i got 56% in 10 board exam, and 79% in 12th exam, right now i m doing preparation for cpt exam held in dec, so is it possible for me to complete all courses of ca in first attemp.

Its too tough..............but you have to be very strong in fundamental maths. It will be easy when you love the subject more and more.

dear friend,

yes ca is vast but its not impossible, if you are dedicated for ca and you can do hard labour then you can definitely go for ca,

it doesn't matter that you are a average student so you can't do ca, average student but able to do hard work then anyone can crack ca,

so first know your potentials and strength then think for ca,

if you can work harder and regularly then you can definitely crack ca,

you will have to pass total 19 papers to become a ca, 4 in cpt, 7 in ipcc and 8 in ca final,

if you become a ca then you will be getting a handsome income, so if you want this then you will have to do hard labour,

Naturally CA, CS & ICWA!!!

I have heard many people saying that these are the Toughest Exams even Tougher than IAS!!!

But this statement is 100% “FALES” as every student who is appearing in these exams Must know that these are the easiest exams, even easier than ---------------!!!

What makes them so easy is that, You don’t have to compete with other students- Your competition is with yourself only, unlike in other exams where your success/ failure depends on how well the other students have given their exams!!!
One may have answered 95% questions Right still he/she may fail because others may have answered 96% Right!!!
Certainly you have to study hard still you have to get only 50% marks- And this 50 % bench mark is independent of what other students have done in their exams and also the seats are unlimited!!!

So CA , CS & ICWA Students accept my best wishes for coming exams and remember Your Competitor is You only!!!

Yes the CA course is really tough but we can also say its too tough because the passing % is also very low.You have to dedicate yourself to studies in all ways if you want to clear it.Its hard but NOT IMPOSSIBLE people crack it.So just go and try hard.

Hi guys CA is very easy to study even an average student s can read CA ....compared to other course CA is 0.5 %tough so don't worry abt it you can take CA and read all the best
