i want RTA concession Government order for disabled.

1 there is age relaxation given to such students
2. relaxation given to the marks scored in 12th or graduation
3 special reservation quota is there

Sir please let me know what is the educational criteria (in percentage) for physically handicapped persons. For example, if one wants to apply for a Bank Clerical post, what minimum percentage he needs to score in 12th CBSE Board examination.

Nobody bothers about Physically handicapped sir.... this is true...... once I got selected for Junior lecturer in AP in interview they asked about 4LK bribe... the result ... I didnt get the job..... why cant govt provide job for every educated handicapped ...because we cannot do any physical work and survive... is this not GOVT responsibility... is this not our right to live ?

Dear friend
Physically challenged people get privileges in all governmental jobs, vacancies or entrance examination. So, there is no question of benefits available! You should explore your need and then try to find the privilege that govt. has provided.
If you have some specific query in any field you can reply again mentioning that.

I'm am a teacher in navodaya (central govt). I,m physically handicapped with 70% disability in my right leg which is polio affected. In navodaya we have to perform escort duties taking children here and there. Being handicapped myself I need an escort to travel. Can I escort any child? or can I be excused ?

In college:-
Quota in seats
Scholarship for higher education
Relaxation of fees by government rule

For Services:-
Age relaxation benefit for service.
Quota for various post under state and central government.
Relaxation in various fees .....as entrance exam fees....

How many you will agree that above benefits are only on papers do we get above benefits in real means?

Nope we don’t enjoy above benefits due to culture in our country.….. we need jack / link / influence to avail these benefits which is not correct…

Also there is no body / organization / institute working for people like us to guide or inform us the points / benefits / rules applicable for people like us….

after meeting an accident 15 months ago, recently i got a certificate of physical handicapped by 30%(orthopadics)from govt. of tripura.. i was never aware about the benefit one gets as a physically challenged person. i work in regional rural bank in tripura. the name of my bank is tripura gramin bank. my question is- 1) whether i am eligible for any kind of benefit applicable for the physically challenged persons in banking sector for transfer or anything else?
2) wheteher any type of facilities can be provided to a person who is physically handicapped by 30%(orthopedics)
3) i got the certificate from district level. i am not satisfied with the % that they have given. where and how can i appeal or appear to get it increased?
