I want to appear in 2011 IIT-JEE exam then is there any limitation for DATE OF ISSUE of OBC certificate valid for 2011 IIT-JEE exam.

Every college has its own OBC quota ..
Gov has decided the minimum seats othe decided by the college managment ..

IIt and NIIT has 17 % seat s avilable for OBC quota.

there are many seats available for obc.

In all the NIT'S and IIT's 27% seats are reserved for OBC candidates.
The total number of seats for OBC candidates in IIT's is about 3000 while in NIT's it is about 6000 seats.
