My name is Manoj T. Waghmare I am 12th fail but I am Given admistion 1st Year B. Com and I am Pass at 51%
naw i am study in 2nd Year B. Com and also working. But curnty my age is 28. My Qution is can i joint Marchand Navy.

Hey dear why do you want to do so...

Its not a Good dicision, niether its possible. For entering into Merchant Navy After Matriculation, the age limit is 21 year and since you are persuing your BBA I dont think you are within age limit.

However, even if you are within age limit. then did you know what type of Jobs are available for Matriculation candidates. They can find job only in Cooking, Waitering, Saloon Rating departments.

It's not wise decision.

However, if you are eger to get there, you can get there after completing MBA (Hospitality ) you job there will be as same as you find in Hotel, Resorts and Resturaunts but the thing is that you will be working in 5 Start Cruise. But since vacancies are lesser only few those who have placement facility in there institutes.

on the basis of secondary education, you can apply for the following

Rating job nature qualification

Deck rating responsible for cargo handling and 10th
general maintenance of ship.

Engine rating assist engineering officer in 10th
maintenance and operation
of engine and associated equipment

well... a graduate from commerce background having good command over accountancy and computer knowledge can also apply in merchant navy for a Purser/ship clerk .

i want to apply for merchant navy i am still not 18 but after 3 month i am goin to be 18 so wat should i do and i have not completed my +2 just done wid 10th..?? sujjest me

If you want to join merchant navy on the basis of your 10th results, then you will not get a respectable post, but posts such as cook, saloon, deck cadet(cleaning) etc..
Therefore, it is not advisable for you to consider merchant navy as option.

Complete your graduation and then apply.
Do reconsider your decision.

Eligibility criteria to join merchat navy is
1) have done 12th
2) have socred not less than 60% (it can't be 59.8 or any other percentage)
3) have PCM in 12th
4) age limit should be between 18 to 23
so sorry you are not eligible for this as you have not scored 60% in PCM as
well as 12th
so go ahead with indian navy by doing CSD

after 12th only can join in merchant navy by writing entrance exam.
but now you have completed engineering.
you have not specified which branch you have taken in engineering.
marine engg students are eligible for merchant navy.
so further details you search in mearchant navy website.

After 10th, its not possible to join merchant navy, so, i will suggest
you just concentrate in your study. You are now doing good course
just complete this course and prepared for MBA, there are very
wide career in management field..............
