Re: Can I do marine engineering after passing 12th with 50%?
You have mentioned that you have to choose between two options that are-
Chartered accountancy and engineering. I would like to discuss the two options separately as follows: 1)Chartered accountancy- This is a profession which is related to accounting, auditing and taxation at its core. So, if you feel that you are interested in the areas and have an ambition to make a career in this field, then you must go for this option.Usually students from commerce field opt for this course because they study the basic concepts of accounting and economics in their higher secondary which actually forms the basis for study for this course. 2)IIT engineering- This is the second option which can be considered by you.If you are a science student and have the spirit to hard work and are very clear with your concepts, then only you would be able to clear IIT.This is one of the toughest exam of the country and if you want to get admission in a very good engineering college then you must go for that. Now, you can your self decide where your interests lies but do not choose a course depending on how expensive that course is as it is related to your future which is very important. |
