Will one who does not have 50 % in graduation but acquire 50 % in MA be eligible for appearing SSC upper primary Tet???

I have graduation number overall 49.40 but only hons paper have 52% I eligible for bed ?

I am Physics Honurs. In Honurs 52%. But including Pass less than 50%. Also I have done 2 years B.Ed. So can I eligibal for West bengal ssc for class IX -X.
