Yes you are eligible for marine engineering.

You need to appear for Engineering Entrance Exams like the IIT-JEE, AIEEE, etc. and then on selection choose marine trade during the counselling.

First tell your stream in 12th. Anyways for marine engineering you must have secured 60% in intermediate.

Fees is near about Rs.2,50,000 per year.
