To become custom officer, you may appear for Combined Graduate Level Exam, conducted by Staff Selection Commission.
The minimum educational qualification required to write the examination is a bachelor degree in any stream.
The minimum eligible age is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 27 years to appear fror the examination.
Relaxation in the upper age limit for SCs/STs is 5 years and for OBCs it is 3 years.

The selection process is divided into three stages
1.Preliminary exam
2.Main exam
3.Interview

Since one has to take civil service exam(IAS) to qualifiy for the custom officer post. Actually this exam provides entry into 27 different services including the Indian Customs & Central Excise Services. So minimum qualification required to sit in the exam is a graduation degree which you already have.

Training: Those selected the Customs service are trained in Chennai while training for the central Excise Service is done in one of the metropolitan cities.

To become a custom officer you need to appear for civil service exam conducted by upsceach year.
On the basisi of your ranking you will be provided customs department if yoouqualify the exam.
So you need to first complete your graduation for it

As to join the customs office department a candidates must have a minimum qualification of graduation from any field of study. They must initial appear the civil service exam carried out by the UPES. Eligibility for custom service officer:

Age limit: A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years.
