For this academic year, AIEEE 2011 is going to be conducted on 01-05-2011.

This exam is for giving admissions to engineering in more than 60 prestigious engineering colleges in India.

Here i am providing you the eligibility criteria for AIEEE.

-The minimum academic qualification that one need to have to appear for AIEEE is a pass in 10+2 or its equivalent.

-Those who are appearing for final year exams of 10+2 are also eligible for AIEEE on provisional basis

-One can attempt for the AIEEE for a maximum of 3 attempts and that too in consecutive years.

-One should have Physics, Mathematics and chemistry as the compulsory subjects in 10+2.

-Only candidates whose date of birth falls after October 1 ,1986 are eligible to appear for the exam

The eligibility criteria for AIEEE is as under-
1. you can be 12th board appearing student or if you have passed 12th already then you must have more than 60% in 12th for general category.
2. pcm marks should be atleast 50%

ya,

if you are appearing for BE/BTech entrance should compulsory have Physics and Mathematics in class 12th and atleast one of the subjects among Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science or Biology.

if you are appearing for architecture courses should have Mathematics in class 12th with at-least 50% marks aggregate

Date of availability of formsecember first week, 2009-January first week, 2010.

the only requirement for b.tech course is to pass the 12.And for b.arch pass+50% in maths.
and you have scored 62% in 12.so dont worry you are eligible.

Yes you are eligible for AIEEE but this year dates are over for filling up form. So you try for next year.

Eligibility criteria for AIEEE is:-

2) One should have Maths, Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects in 11th and 12th.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Date of Birth :
Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1986 are eligible. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Physically Handica pped (PH) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PH candidates who were born on or after October 01, 1981 are eligible.

NOTEate of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board/University certificate only will be taken as authentic.

my friend for appearing in AIEEE exam you have to clear class 12th with 50% marks for general category and 45% marks for others.

The minimum qualification for appearing in AIEEE 2011 is-
Candidate must have passed in final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination with 50% marks for general category candidates SC/ST/OBC/PH -40 % marks in 12th. T
hose appearing in 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent examination may also appear in AIEEE 2011 provisionally.
AIEEE exam is the one of the toughest exam in India so you have to prepare for it .
Study 11th and 12th NCERT books deeply.

AIEEE Eligibility Criteria

for getting appear in AIEEE &IIT-JEE you must have pass class 12th with physics, chemistry, & maths group with minimum aggregate percentage of 50% &60% respectively

eligibility for appearing in the aieee is the 10+2 board exam or equivalent exam.

after securing good marks in the aieee and if you are interested to take admission in the colleges offered by aieee then you must have score 50% aggregate marks in the 10+2 exam (40% in case of reserved category candidates.)

Yes, you are eligible as far as the year of 12th passing is concerned..
you should have a minimum aggregate percentage of 55% in PCM in your 12th boards for appearing in the AIEEE..
You can appear for AIEEE 2009,AIEEE2010 and AIEEE2011 only..

Eligibility For AIEEE Examination:-
The eligibility criteria to appear for the AIEEE in 2010 examination is that a candidate must be class 12th pass with the subject combination Physics,Chemistry and mathematics.There is no aggregate cut off marks.

To be eligible for All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) the candidate must be 10+2 passout with Physics and Mathematics as qualifying academic subjects and any of the subjects from Chemistry/Bio Technology/Computer science/Biology. Furthure more, the candidate must have aggregate of 50% for general candidates and 40% for SC/ST/OBC/PH in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM). 10+2 appearing students can also appear for the exam provisionally.

well..the minimum criteria to sit in the AIEEE exam is :-
1) you should have passed your 12th with an aggregate percentage of 55% or above in PCM(Physics Chemistry and Maths)
2)you have only 3 attempts for clearing the AIEEE exam i.e if you have passed out your 12th boards in 2009 then you can appear for AIEEE2009,AIEEE2010 & AIEEE2011

AIEEE is All India Engineering Entrance Exam.to be eligible,in AIEEE you only need to paas 12th exams with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects and third should be one of the subjects - Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science or Biotechnology. There is no condition regarding the aggregate marks in PCM subjects. But if you want to appear for Architecture courses, you must have Mathematics compulsory with atleast 50% aggregate marks.

I have come to know that one of my friends brother didn't get admision into an engineering college just because he didn't score minimum 50% in mathematics in CBSE board exam this year though he cleared AIEEE.. So if this is true then what is the criteria.??

For eligible in AIEEE, you have required either academic qualification in 10+2 standard exam or
its equal exam. And you have physics, chemistry , and biology in your Class XII exam.

* Candidates should be the citizen of India.
* Candidates should have complete 12th standard from a recognized institute.
* Candidates should get 50% at 12th.

* Candidates can appear AIEEE exam 3 times in a year.
