hi friend there are many students who are suffering from this problem but dont be in panic though maximum companies are looking for 60 throughout but still there are many companies which are looking for performance like tata elaxi, tata motors, synergy, 3i infotech etc
there is another way you may appear for exam like GATE and complete your M.TECH it will fill some gap because companies like wipro, tech mahindra, capegemini they only wants 60 in current degree so be happy apart from that you may apply for PSU there are many which will allow you or in last case tech support bpo's are always be there for you since you have good communication skills and they only want comm skills all the best |

Better than getting good job your concentration must be on getting a job.
you must first concentrate on entering an organization without considering the job you get. later you can increase your cadre. Or else going for higher education like M.Tech or MBA is also a good option. |

Nothing to get worried about you still have opportunities left.If your interested in gaining knowledge then you can take up the course through GATE and prove that you have the ability and talent required by scoring good marks. If you perform very well in M.tech then there are chances that companies get impressed by your performance.
You can get selected as lecturers in Engineering colleges if your interested. Now a days all the MNC's ask for a minimum of 60% in all the streams. There are very less companies which can hire you with your aggregate. You can even go for MBA degree if your interested through CAT.Since you got less percentage i suggest you to go for MBA or M.Tech. all the best |

Hi,
There are organizations which do not stress so much on the aggregate and has criteria of above 55%. for example, Accenture. you can also go for government jobs like PO in banks where you can get a chance to work in the IT department. Also you can prepare for GATE to get admission in a good institute. |

hi friend
I am sorry to say this, less the 60% is very difficult to get a job in Btech field ,minimum 60% is required , but you can do one thing, get experience in the core by working in Contract for 3 to 4 years , then by the Experience Certificate you can go any where for work, by using your field knowledge, Best of luck |

hello friend ,
your state of mind at this particular moment will not be that good but be still make various attempts as your percentage is bit low you should add up a lot things to your resume like different specialised certificates various reputed institutes like NIIT Microsoft and many more and all part many companies not only see the percentage they will be concentrated on your hard work and skills as you said your good at communication skills then you should look up on companies like what i have mentioned expand your group by joining in to forums like this and by your friend circles and at last i would like to say you one last thing as our percentage is low we have to keep our attitude and ego aside and join into some companies for low salaries also than you expected so that you can gain the experience which will add up to your resume for your future applications i hope this will help you all the best best regards ~aditya~ |

Dear friends,
as per my knowledge there r many companies which does not want 60% in b.tech.mainly for core company u don't need 60%.u may go software sector also though u have less than 60% in ur b.tech. for ur software companies r 1.cynergy 2.asergent. 3.infotech pvt. etc. for ur core companies r 1.bedant 2.tata metalis etc. to knowledge jobs related information u can follow newspapers like employment news.or u can visit the web site like www.freshers world.com,www.nokri.com, etc. so take decission & make ur bright future. There are many jobs who occurred percentage less than 60% (6.75 dgpa) in B-tech. some companies 1.rail. 2.NTPC. 3.BHEL. 4.DVC. 5.Bank 6.Tata steel But in my you have to prepare for GATE. Because if you get very goods marks in GATE you may join in IIT,NIT,IIS(Bangalore) for M.tech.If you get good percentile in M tech then you have the chance for getting job in very recognized company such as RELIANCE,TCS, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, NOKIA etc. good luck. My dear friend......
You should nor to worry of getting low marks in the b.tech. you are asking to get job then i want to suggest you that you can do M.tech course, because there is a huge demand of m.tech holder in the companies. the m.tech score card is also very important. company will see your talent by this score card. if you want to go for the job, then you can do job in the small companies and get the experience, then make yourself perfect in your work, now you can go to the big companies. best of luck... |

If you dont have 60% in engineering then its not a big problem and its not neccessary for a software job for having very good percentage. The main thing is your hardworking quality, skills and knowledge about your field of you.So its the main thing.Only some MNC company have a requirment and criteria for 60% above percentage. So nothing to worry about it.You can try in any company in IT sector. So Do hard work and apply for a job in company. You will get a good job.
