Re: Age limit to appear for NET exam? Age limit to get a lecturer job?
Quote:
Age Limit For NET The National Eligibility Test(NET) is conducted every year by the UGC(University Grants Commission) in the months of June and December.. A candidate can appear for the NET Exam only if :- >> The candidate has completed post graduation from a recognized institute with an aggregate of 55% without rounding off..(50% for SC/ST) >> candidate willing to apply for the JRF program must be less than 28 years of age (no age restriction for lectureship candidates) So, yes you can apply for NET Exam for the lectureship program.. You will be facing 3 papers in the exam :- Paper-1 :- 60 questions out of which any 50 are to be attempted in 75 minutes.. Paper-2 :- 50 questions to be done in 75 minutes.. Paper-3 :- 75 questions in 120 minutes.. For more details about the exam you can also Click Here all the best.. With Warm Regards Nitz |

Re: Age limit to appear for NET exam? Age limit to get a lecturer job?
I have completed my Post Graduation and want to take NET in Dec 2014. I am 30 years old and by that I cannot appear for JRF. Can I apply for Lectureship?
What is the difference between the 2? Do I need any other qualifications for lectureship? |
