study and get ur mba first. the most important thing is u must have ur vision set on the type of job that u want and prepare your self for the interview that will be forthcoming after your formal application to the relevant authorities have been scrtuinised. Also look into other possible sectors that u may want a job in

You need to undergo a degree level course as to become a Custom Officer and must have more than 50 % of marks in the exam. You also need to pass the civil service exam conducted by UPSE. Candidates are required to be in between 20-29 years of age. For more information please visit the official website.

To became custom officer the candidate must have completed graduation in any streem with 50 % marks. After that clear the civil service exam which is conducted by UPSC. After clearing UPSC exam prepare for interview. For preparation you can contact to your near by book seller to purchage book for UPSC enterence exam.

Any one who is having a graduation degree is eligible to become a customs officer. There are two ways to join customs. To join a Group A officer ( Assistant Commissioner), one has to clear the Civil services exam. conducted by UPSC. Another way is to join as Group B officer( Preventive officer/ Examiner/Examining officer). For this, One has to appear for Combine graduate level exam conducted by Staff selection commision. the detail syllabous is given below
The Written Examination will consist of the following papers:

Paper I (Objective)

It will consist of

i. Reasoning Ability (Bilingual)

ii. General Knowledge and Current Affairs (Bilingual)

iii. Numerical Ability (Bilingual)

iv. English Language with special emphasis on grammar and vocabulary.

Paper II (Descriptive)

It will consist of

i. Test on Essay (can be written in Hindi or English)

ii. Precise and Comprehension in English

5. Syllabus

a. Test of Reasoning Ability:

This test has been designed to judge you’re thinking power, contains questions of various kinds. The test will be partly verbal, i.e., based on or related to words and partly non-verbal, i.e., based on or related to figures and drawings.

b. Test of Numerical Ability:

The purpose of this test is to ascertain how quick you are in working at numerical calculations.

c. General Knowledge and Current Affairs:

The purpose of this test is to ascertain a candidate’s general awareness of environment around him and its application to society. The questions will be designed to test the candidate’s knowledge of the current events and of such matters of everyday observation and experience as may be expected of an educated person, including topics on Life Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, etc. There may also be questions on Geography of India, land and her people, History of India, her cultural heritage, freedom struggle and salient features of the Constitution of India, Economic and Social Problems.

d. English Language:

The purpose of this test is to gauge your knowledge of English. Your ability will also be tested through your choice of words, expressions and similar skills.

so you have to write for this exam,and minimum qualification for this exam is graduation.so on that basis your are also eligible,
