being a freshers as a software engineer you will be able to get a salary of 3lacs-5lacs per annum.

basically, it depends upon company, in which you get placed, your personal skill etc..

if you perform well then you can get a huge salary in IT sector.
So, it is all about performance..

To start a job, I think it does not matter that how much salary you will get , the thing matter most is your experience..

Once you gather experience then you will have big opportunities at your feet....

So, don't worry about the salary , just go for the job.

It totally depends upon your college if you are not in IIT you will get about 2 lacs an year and if you are from IIT you can get upto 2 crores an year.

pay scale of an software engineer is very high.nowadays there are a no of multinational companies, which offers higher packages to the engineers. nowadays a fresher software engineer can earn starting package of 40,000 rupees. and for a senior engineer it goes to about 80,000 to 1,50,000.

don't worry about pay scale because it depends on you education qualification your college and its infrastructure.

it also depends on
1.which type of company it is
2.which type of college you are in

as i am giving you example

if the infosys company comes to IIT it will give minimum package of 6-7 lacks per annum
but if the same infosys comes to any low graded college then package goes to low..

My dear friend normally it is seen and observed that salary of a software engineer is above 10000. But how much more than Rs. 10000??. It totally depends on the company which hires the software engineer. If the company is well reputed than the salary is seen to be above or near 20000. But if not than it is seen near about 15000. Salary also depends on your work quality.If the s/w engineer performs above expectations than he/she will surely be paid higher. Thanks.

Software engineer is a very good ,after completion MCA one can become software engineer.
The minimum package can not be decided for software engineer.
If you get average company then you can get 10 to 15 thousand per month.
If you entered means get job in good reputed company then you can get 20 to 25 thousand in starting.
As well as your experince will increase your package also will increase till 1 lakh or more also.

It depends on the company you are going to join. Saying a average figure will be around 25-30 k. Also this depends on your college as for the placement .

Dear Aspirant,

The salary of a fresher will be varied depending on the company.

If the fresher is recruited through oncampus/offcampus the salary will be high.

But if the fresher is recruited through the walkins or the direct interivew.The pay scale will be less when compared with the OnCampus recruitment.

The fresher pay scale who gets job from college can be around 3.5 to 4.5 Lakhs/Year.

When the same fresher who gets job from the other source can be around 1.5 to 2.5 L/year.

The average least pay scale from a low level company for a fresher is 6-8k/month.
