Qualification for the Police-Inspector: For Applying this post should complete the any degree or any graduation or post graduation from recognized university. Minimum 55% aggregate in academics. Person should be from Indian citizen. Candidate must be physically fit. AGE LIMIT DETAILS: 1. For GENERAL Candidates - 21 - 25 years ( No reservation ). 2. For OBC Candidates 21 - 28 years ( 3% reservation ). 3. For SC/ST candidates 21 - 30 years ( 5% reservation ). Candidate must Have following requirements.. Height 168 cm. Chest 81cm in normal & 5cm expansion. 5 Kilometers running in 25 minutes . Events like 100m running in 15 sec ,long jump ,shot put ,high jump & 800m running in 170 seconds. Written examination consists of 2 papers. 1. Eye sight checking. 2. Any bone fractures in body. All the Best |

Nationality : Indian Age limit : For Sub Inspector in CPO's and Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF : 20-25 years For Intelligence Officer in NCB is 20-27 years For Male Candidates : Height - 170 cms, Chest - 81-86 cms For Female Candidates : Height - 152 cms, weight - 47.5 kgs Selection of Process :----------- 1. Sir I am Ravi studying diploma mechanical final year. . After completion of diploma what I have to do study the requirements of job. .and to apply the sub-inspector post.. . Please tell Me sir.. please tell what I have to do now?? ?? Sir.

IPS Exam, which is a part of UPSC exam.
Eligibility Criteria are: Physical Criteria: Height: 160–165cm for men and 145–150cm for women. With good eye sight. Nationality: Being an Indian is must. Educational Qualification: A candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree from any recognized university or possess an equivalent qualification. Age Limit : Minimum age 21 years Maximum age 30 years as on 1st of August in the year of examination. Number of attempts: A person who comes under General category can attempt 4 times; where as OBC can attempt 7 times and SC/ST candidates have no restrictions. |

To become police inspector of any state by passing the exam of direct recruitment of SUB INSPECTORS in state by state police dept. Also you can pass the constable recruitment exam but it will take your whole life to reach up to inspector level .
The qualification relating to Police Officer is Bachelor Degree. |

First of All There are three types of Inspector Posts in Police Department: A.S.I.(Assistant Sub-Inspector) SI(Sub-Inspector) Inspector All three Posts is not Equal. Inspector Post is higher than other Two. If you want to be Inspector you have to face entrance examination. Here is Eligibility Criteria: you must complete your graduations degree in any stream from recognized University. your age must between 21 - 25 years. Age Relaxation is Applicable as per Govt. Rules for Backward Categories. 5 years for SC/ST Category. 3 years for OBC category. After Successfully completing Exam, you will call for Interview. For Direct Recruitment for posts of Inspector; Exams Conduct by Every State Govt. There is no Physical Criteria for Joining Direct Post of Inspector. Thanks and regards this will surely help you! |
