yes of-course you do IAS but you have some problem in your subject because in B.Tech & IAS has differ subject

B-TECH degree are also eligible for IAS exam.IAS exam conducted by UPSC.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR IAS EXAM:-

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Candidate should have minimum graduation degree with any discipline from a recognized university.

AGE CRITERIA:

For General category candidate,age should be between 21 to 30 years
For OBC category candidates age should be between 21 to 33 years
For SC/ST category candidates,only minimum age is required i.e 21 years.

Yes you are eligible to apply for the IAS after the completion of your engineering degree. To become an IAS officer you have to apply for the civil service examination.

For the Civil service examination candidate should be graduate in any discipline from the recognized university. Those appeared in the final year examination are also eligible to apply for this examination.

For the civil service examination candidate age should be between 21 to 30 years.

why cant we go for i.a.s exam after 12

Yes, u can do IAS exam
the age limit to attain IAS exam is 21-29 years
IAS is one of the most respective job in India.

but the problem is that there have not any syllabus for Computer science.

so you must choose another paper.

Yes you can opt for Btech after your graduation and age limit is 21-30 yrs

For its preparation you can check the syllabus and pattern of exam at the upsc website i.e www.upsc.gov.in

And accordingly you can prepare

Some basic tips are:
1.Read newspaper daily
2.Read ncert books class 6th till 10th
3.Enhance your GK.
4.Prepare your aptitude from RS aggarwal.

These are few tips you need lot more to do..
