Age criteria for AFCAT 2016 Flying branch?


My DOB is 20/9/1992 ,am i eligible To fill form of AFCAT 2016 specially in flying branch ? I have done btech with 65%

As per your date of birth, you are eligible for AFCAT 2016 exam in Flying Branch.

Eligibility criteria for AFCAT exam 2016 in Flying Branch:-

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for Flying Branch nut your 12th standard subject must be Mathematics and Physics..

Candidates age should be in between 19 to 23 years.

No, you are not eligible to appear for the AFCAT examination conducted for the recruitment in the Air Force as an officer.

The minimum required qualification to appear for the Flying branch is the age between the 20-24 years and must have passed the graduation in any discipline with at least 60% and have the mathematics and the physics as the main paper in the 10+2.

The examination is conducted twice in a year in the month of the February and the September every year. But still you can wait for the notification of the 2016 February examination.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for the Air Force Common Admission Test conducted by the Air Force twice every year.

The eligibility to appear for the examination:-
* Candidates must have passed the graduation with the 60% aggregate and have Mathematics and the Physics in the 10+2.
* Candidates age must be between the 20-24 years.

So, you can appear for the examination. The examination is conducted every year in the month of the February and the September. The examination is conducted in the two stages as the Written and the SSB. The candidates after qualifying in the written are eligible for the SSB.

Yes,you are eligible to apply for AFCAT 2016 Flying branch .

AFCAT stands for Air Force Common Admission Test .

It is a common entrance exam for admission in Flying branch,Technical Branch, and Ground duty branch of Indian Air Force Academy .

The eligibility criteria for AFCAT exam to join Flying branch are as under :-

-The candidate age limit should be in between 20 - 24 years .

-The candidate should have passed Graduation in any discipline with at least 60% marks from a recognized university .

-The candidate should have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics .

-The candidate should have passed Pilot Aptitude Battery Test (PABT).

AFCAT stand for Air Force Common Admission Test. This test is conducted by the Indian Air Force for selection of officers for various posts like Flying Branch, Technical Branch, and Ground Duty. This exam is conducted twice a year in the month of February and August. The advertisement usually published in the months of December and June in all the leading newspaper respectively.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification :Candidate should possess B.Tech degree with minimum 60% from recognized institute.

Age Limit : candidates age limit is 20 to 24 years for Flying Branch, 20 to 26 years for Technical Branch, and 20 to 26 years for Ground Duty Branch.

Since you have mentioned your year that is 1992 and according to the calculation in the year 2016 your age will be 24 years. Hence as per age norms yes, you can apply for Flying Branch next year without ant doubt.

AFCAT stands for the Air Force Common Admission test. It is conducted by the Indian Airforce for the different branches like:

1. Flying branch.

2. Technical branch.

3. Ground Duty branch.

For flying branch, a candidate must have done bachelor's degree in engineering or Physics or mathematics with at least 60% marks. The age limit is 19-24 years.

Yes of course you are eligible for the AFCAT exam.The Eligibility for this exam is to have a graduation degree in any stream with good percentile. PCM as the major subject in the 11th and 12th class.

The student who wish to appear in this exam, their age must lie in between 19 to 24 years.As you are telling that you have 1992 dob then on 2016 you will be of exact 24 years. So you are eligible.
