I am studying B.Tech Aeronautical
engineering, in final year now.
I will like to write PSU recruitment exams.
Please give me the details of such exams.

Being a Aeronautical Engineer you can apply for " HAL ( Hindustan Aeronautics Limited ) has been released a Notification for " Assistant Engineers " recently.

Eligibility for HAL :

1.You must complete the B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering with minimum 60 %of marks from the recognized university.

2.There is a Percentage relaxation for SC/ST candidates about 5% (i.e 55% )

Starting date to fill the Application : 28/01/2015

Last date to fill the application : 17/02/2015.


List of PSU's recruits the Aeronautical Engineering graduates :

1.Air India

2.HAL

3.Jet Airways

4. NAL

5.DRDO

6.ISRO

7.Civil Aviation Department.

* After completion of B.tech , you can apply for several Government recruitment exams.

** As you are from Aeronautical engineering background , you can join Airforce in Technical branch through AFCAT exam .

AFCAT stands for Airforce common admission test

Generally the exam includes 3 branches . Namely ,

1) Technical branch
2) Flying branch
3) Ground duty branch


~ To join in Technical branch , age shouldbe in between 18-28 years only
~ To join in Flying branch , age shouldbe in between 19-23 years only
~ To join in Ground duty branch , age shouldbe in between 20-23 years only


Note that Flying branch includes ,

-> Fighters
-> Transports
-> Helicopters



Exam Syllabus :-

3) Numerical Ability
4) Reasoning and military aptitude test
