I just want to know which subject can an mcom graduate student choose for net exam.As i choose ec-oonomics is this right,or i choose another one.

NET stands for National Eligibility Test. One should have completed minimum Post Graduation in order to be eligible for this Exam.

Candidates of General category should score a minimum of 55% in Post Graduation to be eligible for this exam while the candidates of OBC category are required to score minimum 50% in Post Graduation.

There would be list of subjects to choose for the candidates for this Exam.

The candidates are required to select a subject from this list and that subject should be studied by the candidate in Post Graduation.

If the candidate is unable to find any of his Post Graduation subjects in the list of subjects given for this exam, then he can choose any relevant subject.

Here are some of the subjects which are relevant for you
Economics
Political Science
History
Commerce
Management
Geography
Psychology etc.

Yes. You can choose Economics or anyone of the subject as per my list.

Better to select Economics. Hope you have gone through this Exam during your M.Com course.

Hence there will be a scope for you to score more after selecting this subject.

Have good preparation for this exam and crack it.

You are a M.Com student, so you can choose commerce subject in UGC NET exam.

I am persuing my m.com with final year in economics and financial management can I give ugc NET exam in economics only?

NET exams are conducted twice each year by CBSE.

Since you have done Masters degree in chemistry, you have to appear in NET exams in chemistry only.

You cannot appear in arts subjects..

Its the post graduation subject in which you can apply for net exams

This exams gives you the eligibilty to apply for professor

I am a M.com(Finance). Can i opt for the Human Resourse subject in the NET exam??
