Am I eligible to apply for IAS if I have a case filed against me?

Can i apply for IAS if someone files a case against me of fighting and if the case is not final? What is the criteria for the same? Is it possible to apply and get through IAS or not? Can someone please provide me the details on the same? Thank you!

You are eligible for IAS exam, but you can't join in IAS training because you have a police record.

If you have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for IAS exam.

Your age should be in between 21 to 32 years.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
