UGC NET is at present known as Central Board of Secondary Education National Eligibility Test. This competitive entrance examination is for Lectureship and Junior Research Fellowship.
Academic qualification: You must be post graduate to apply for this entrance examination. The percentage of marks required to apply for this exam is 55%. There is 5% relaxation of marks to SC/ST candidates. Master of Computer application candidates can apply for CBSE NET exam if they have 55% marks in master's degree. There is 28 years upper age limit for Junior Research Fellowship and no upper age limit for post of lecturer in any college. |
