For the clerical post the candidates who have completed 12th standard can apply. They should have pursued the same from a recognized institute. Also they need to have secured a minimum of 60% in the same. Since your score is less you will not be eligible for this test. You could perhaps complete your graduation and then apply.

sorry to say,you are not eligible to sit in clerk exam with 56%.
Any candidate who want to apply for clerk exam, they should secored 60%
in 12th. but don't worry, after graduation you can appear with 50% marks in clerk exam.

The Percentage eligibility criteria are vary form Bank to bank many, But if your age should between 18 to 28 years, then you are eligible to apply for Bank Clerk examination.If you complete your graduation then you are eligible for bank po exam.
For Bank PO Examination, Only graduate candidates between the age of 21 to 30 years are eligible for Bank PO examination, There is No minimum percentage eligibility to apply for bank PO examination, Currently Graduate candidates may apply for Common Written Examination (CWE) will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) And the Lat date of Apply for this examination was 1/Aug/2011, The complete Information are availiable in the Notification, So please read the Given notification for complete information.Best of luck.....

you need to have minimum 60% marks to get bank jobs after 12th.

This depend on the bank for which you are applying if the minimum marks is 50% then you are eligible otherwise you are not possible. But according to me the minimum marks required is 60% in all the bank exams.

Yeah you are eligible for the bank clerical exam having done your +2 but as far regarding your percentage it may differ from bank-bank.

Eligibility for Bank Clerk:

The candidate must be a citizen of India

The candidate must have a age limit of 21-30 years.

For SC/St candidates it is 21-35 years.

For OBC candidates it is 21-33 years.

For Ex-service men it is 5 years exception i.e for SC/ST it is 40 nad for OBC it is 37 years.

The candidates must have passed their +2 from a recognized board with 55% aggregate but this may differ from bank-bank in which you are applying.

Eligibility criteria for bank clerical exam:-

1.The candidate must have complete the 12th or its equivalent from a recognized state education board..
2.The candidate should have 60% marks in 12th..

Age eligibility:-

1.The age should be in between 18-28 years..
For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years.

As you have secured less than 60% marks in your graduation, then sorry to say you that you are not eligible..

For written test you must be prepare for mathematics and general knowledge.Also you must have basic knowledge computer field.

Every bank set their own criteria .So it is not perfect criteria all BANK CLERK exam.

Your 12th marks is 56% so you are eligible for BANK CLERK exam.

I HAVE COMPLETED 10 2 WITH 62% IN 1992 AND THEN JOINED DEFENSE SERVICE. I COULD NOT COMPLETE GRADUATION. AM I BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR BANK CLERICAL EXAM.

Dear Friend,

You not mentioned your caste like you are sc,st,obc or general. But those all things i am suggesting you.

*For General Caste Minimum age 18-28 years and minimum 60% or more than in 12th class in any stream from recognised board.

* For ST & SC- Minimum age 18-33 years and minimum 55% OR more than in 12th class in any stream from recognised board.

For OBC- Minimum age 18-31 years and minimum 55% OR more than in 12th class in any stream from recognised board.

## The minimum educational qualification required to apply for SBI CLERK EXAM is 12th/diploma pass with atleast 60% of marks & for IBPS CLERK,RBI ASSISTANT EXAM is graduation in any discipline from recognised institution/university and there is no marks percentage critiria
## Age limit to apply for BANK CLERK EXAMS is
~>18-28 years for GENERAL category candidates
~>18-31 years for OBC candidates
~>18-33 years for SC/ST candidates
~>18-35 years for PH candidates
