Am I eligible to get admission in MA English through IGNOU with my BA subjects ( General English, Psychology, Education and sociology) but without English Literature? Can someone please give me the details on this soon? Awaiting for the response.

1. You can get admission in Master of Arts in English in Indira Gandhi National Open unversity after Bachelor of Arts without English Literature.

2. The last date to apply for July term admission in 2017 for Master's degree is 18th August,2017. The eligibility criteria is bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university of India.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for admission in M.A English (Master of Arts in English) in IGNOU(Indira Gandhi national Open University) after completing your graduation degree. Here below are details regarding M.A English in IGNOU:-

Educational Qualification Required:- Applicant must have completed graduation or equivalent degree with English as main subject can apply for the M.A English course.

Course Duration:- Duration of M.A English course is minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years.

M.A English Course Fee in IGNOU:- Applicant have to pay fee in two terms for two years for term I Fee is RS:- 4,500/- and Fee for term II is :- RS:- 4,500/-. So fee for M.A English whole course in IGNOU is RS:- 9,000/-.
