Can I study BA in Economics from Open University being a candidate having passed in 10th class and discontinued in 12th class?


I am 10'th pass..12'th discontinued,can i stady ba economics (tamil),which open university,pls help me thank you.

i have completed 10th and having arrears in diploma am i eligible to study any UG courses
