Am I eligible for group IV exam? I am from BC category


I am appear for group four exam...how many mark is eligible for group four exam on BC categories...

## The minimum educational qualification required to apply for GROUP4 exam is intermediate/12th pass from recognised institution
## Age limit to apply for GROUP4 examination is 18-34 years and the age relaxations are as follows
~>3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates
~>5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates & EX-SERVICEMEN
~>10 years age relaxation for Physically Handicapped candidates

Eligibility criteria required to be fulfilled for appearing in TNPSC(Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission) Group IV exam is as follows :-
  • Candidates minimum educational qualification should be Inter passed out in any discipline from a recognized board/university.
  • Candidates minimum marks in Inter final exam should be 50%.
  • Candidates minimum age should be 18 years.
Age Limitations details for appearing in TNPSC Group IV Exam :-
  1. For SC and ST category - 35 years.
  2. For OBC category - 32 years.
  3. Candidates who do not belong from the SC,ST and OBC category - 30 years.
  4. Physically Handicapped/Female Widows - 35 years.
Exam Syllabus for TNPSC Group IV Exam :-
  1. General Studies.
  2. General Tamil/General English.
Exam Pattern details :-
-->>There will be a single questions set and questions will be asked from two sections.
-->>Each section will include 100 questions.
-->>Total marks will be 300 marks.
-->>To qualify in the written exam you will have to score minimum of 90 marks in written exam.


Details of written exam for each section :

A) General Knowledge :- This section will include questions from following sections -

~General Science.
~Indian History.
~Indian Geography.
~Economics and Commerce.
~Indian Politics.
~National Movement of India.
~Current Events.

B) General English :- This section will include questions from following sections -

~Antonyms and Synonyms.
~Chose the missing words.
~Finding errors in given sentences.
~Two unseen passages and questions based on this passage.
~Articles,Prepositions,Noun,Verb,Adjective,Adverb.
~Selecting the correct word (Prefix, Suffix).
~Voice and Tenses.
~Filling the blanks with correct prepositions.
~Identifying the sentences pattern of the given sentence (Subject, Verb, Object).
