IBPS conducts the Common Written Examination on behalf of the 19 public sector banks which participates in this examination for different posts like: Probationary Officers, Clerical Cadres, Specialist Officers and Management Trainee. Except for SBI, almost most of the popular banks takes part in it so once you crack this exam with the IBPS score card that you will get you can apply for any bank if there is a vacancy. For the post of clerical cadres you need to get a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university first. The subject you choose is of little significance here. Age should not be less than 20 years and if you are a general category candidate then it should not exceed the upper age limit of 28 years. There is age relaxation for reserved categories. SC/ST candidates gets a 5 years age relaxation, OBC gets a three year age relaxation and persons with disability gets a 10 years age relaxation. You need to know how to handle a computer. This is an important criteria for almost any post you apply these days. If you don't know how to operate a computer then i would suggest you to do a short-term course from a computer institution. Fluency in the local language of the State you are applying is another important criteria which needs serious consideration. Exam Pattern:-
Hope this helps :-> :-> |
