Am I eligible for IBPS exam after passing 12th with 61.5%
My 12year(science) percentage 61.5% so am i eligible to ibps exam,please inform me

Sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for IBPS exam. IBPS usually conducts written test for the position of clerk/P.O. for both the profiles, graduation in any subject is the basic qualification required. Candidates must satisfy age qualification also. Upper age limit for P.O position is 30 years and that for clerk is 28 years.

IBPS - Institute of Banking Personal Selection conducts Clerical and P.O. exams for 19 Public Sector banks.
After passing 12th with 61.5%, you are eligible for IBPS Clerical Exam. The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having either completed 10th with 60% marks or having completed 12th with 50% marks from a recognised Board or having completed Graduation in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 18 to 28 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate with good command over computer operation, can apply for IBPS Clerical Exam. IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personal Selection.] The qualification for IBPS PO and Clerical exam is graduation in any stream. So first complete your graduation then after appear for IBPS examination. Eligibility details for PO(Probationary Officer):- The candidate should have to complete graduation or any bachelor's degree from a recognised university. There is no restrictions on percentage criteria. You must be an Indian citizen. Final year graduation students are also eligible. Age criteria:- The age limits are 21 years to 30 years, 3 years relaxation for OBC candidates, 5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates. Eligibility details for IBPS Clerical exam:- Candidate should be complete bachelor's degree from a recognised university of india. You don't have any percentage restrictions to apply this examination. Applicant must be an Indian origin. Age criteria:- The age limits are 20 years to 28years, 3 years age relaxation for OBC, 5 years age relaxation for SC/ST, 10 years relaxation for PWD candidates. You can eligible for the IBPS Clerk. ELIGIBILITY OF IBPS CLERK: Candidate should be citizen of India. Candidate should complete the 12th standard from recognized State board. No restriction for percentage this exam. The age limit should be between 20 to 28 years. 3 years relaxation for OBC Candidates. 5 years relaxation for SC/ST Candidates. No limit of Attempts required for this exam. Selection Process: Written Test Interview All the best. |

You can only appear for the exam after completing graduation. I believe you are talking about the IBPS Clerk exam which used to allow 12th pass candidates to appear.
However upon the request from the participating banks, Institute of Banking Personnel Services has changed the criteria and now only graduates are eligible for the IBPS Clerk entrance exam. You will have to complete graduation to appear for the exam. Any graduation degree will be good and after that you can apply for the IBPS Clerk. This exam is conducted twice. First time in March and second time in somewhere around October. BPS Clerk Eligibility 1. Nationality: Indian citizens only. 2. Education: Bachelor degree which is completed from recognized college. 3. Education: Diploma/degree in Computers. Or IT/Computers must be a subject in 12th/graduation. 4. Age Limit: At least 20 years old and no more than 28 years old. 5. Relaxation: 3 years in upper age limit for OBC. 6. Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST making the upper age limit 33 years. 7. Relaxation: Person with Disability can apply till 38 years thanks to 10 years relaxation.
