Yes, definitely you are eligible to apply for the NDA examination. The NDA examination is conducted by UPSC twice in every year for the admission in the Indian Army , Indian Navy and Air Force wing of the NDA. The NDA examination is conducted only for the unmarried male candidates. The eligibility criteria for the NDA examination is given below :

Hello friend,
As per you date of birth, your present age is 18 years.
You were eligible to write the NDA I 2011 but since you didn't, you have missed the opportunity because as per the UPSC standards and your date of birth, you were neither eligible to write the NDA II 2011 nor you can appear for NDA 2012.

yes. you can fill the form for NDA. the age to fill the form for NDA is 17 years to 21 years.

NDA exam is conducted by UPSC. Only unmarried men are eligible for NDA exam.

For the case of educational qualification you must be passed 10+2 from any departments.

Also your age must be in between 16.5 to 19 years.

Your age now 17 years.

So you are eligible for NDA exam.

for giving the nda exam, the minimum eligibility qualification is that the student must have done 12th class. the age limit for the exam is from 16 to 19 years.
since you are of 17 years now, you are eligible for the exam.
after passing the exam, you will be called for the personal interviews and physical checkup. if you pass in that also, then only you will get admission in nda.

Ya of you are eligible to apply for the NDA entrance exam as your age is 17 years. Below I have provided the eligibility criteria for the NDA entrance exam you can go through that.

Eligibility for NDA

NDA is the entrance exam for the admission in the India's NATIONAL DEFENSE ACADEMY.
The NDA exan is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year. One you clear all the exams in the NDA then you get a job under the government of India. After a training of one year after selection you get the permanent job.

The eligibility for the NDA exam is that one should have passed the 10+2 board exam from a recognized board , it is for the Army wing only.
But for the Air Force and the Navy you have to pass the 10+2 board exam from the recognized board and should have maths and physics as the compulsory subjects in the 10+2 board exam.

The age criteria is from 16.5 years to 21 years for the general category students.
Also there is upper age relaxation for the OBC of 3 years and for the SC/St there is 5 years of age relaxation on the upper age limit.

only the candidate born between january2,1994 and july1,1996 are eligible to apply for nda (i) exam

according to your date of birth your age above 20 year so this is cross the nda age limit (16.5 to 19) . so you can not eligible for this exam .
if you want to join indian army than you can apply in cds exam .
for cds exam
qualification
for army - graduate and age between 19 to 24
for air force - graduate with pcm and age between 19 to 23
for navy - graduate with pcm and age between 19 to 22 years

now age limit has been changed in 2014
new age limit is 16.5 to 19.5
