Am I eligible for NDA Exam after scoring 51% in Board Exams?


i have got 51% in my board exam and i want to join NDA because its my father's
and i also want to join NDA that's why i want to know can i eligible for exam

NDA Means National Defence Academy !!!


This Examination is conducted by ( Union Public Service Commission ) for every twice in a year .

To apply for NDA Examination, You need to complete Intermediate Examination from recognized University / Institution.

So, If your qualified in 12th board Examination then your eligible to apply for NDA Examination .

The Examination may divided into two stages ,

-Written Examination and
-Interview

Eligibility Criteria :-
------------------------

>> To apply for Army academy you should complete 12th standard in any discipline from recognized university .

>> To apply for Navy and Airforce Academy you should complete 12th standard in science stream with Physics and Mathematics as a Main Subject in 12th standard .

Important :- There is no Minimum percentage of marks require for NDA Examination and Final year candidate may also eligible to apply for this Examination .

Your age should be Not less then 16.5 years and Not more then 19 years . There is No upper relaxation is given for any category candidates .

You should be Physically as well as medically fit for the Examination ,

-Height
-Weight and
-Eeysight

Application Procedure for NDA Examination :-

You may apply for this NDA Examination in both the online as well as offline .

For Online Mode :- You may download the Examination application form from the official website of UPSC .
For Offline Mode :- You may collect the Examination application form from the post office with cost of Rs.50/-

The Notification for NDA Examination Published in Employment news papers and Official website of upsc .

So, If you satisfy the eligibility criteria then your eligible for NDA Examination .

Eligibility Criteria For NDA Exam is

>>Educational Qualifications :

(i) For Army wing of National Defence Academy :- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

(ii) For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy :- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equilvalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

Candidates who are appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination.

Hai,

Yes shore you are eligible for NDA exam, percentage is not required to appear NDA exam.

UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) conducts the NDA exam two times in every year.


NDA has three wings:


Indian army,

Indian navy,

Indian airforce.



Eligibility criteria:

You should be complete +2 from a recognised state board.

Percentage is not required for NDA exam.

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible.

As per the NDA regulations girls are not eligible.

You should be a citizen of india and must be physically fit.

Age limits is 16.5years to 19 years.


Selection procedure:


Written test,
SSB interview,
Interview.

NDA-I exam was already over, next upcoming exam is NDA-II.

Important dates for NDA-II:


Date of notification:05-may-2012,

Last of application form:04-june-2012,

Exam date:19-aug-2012.
