Sir, I am a candidate of class Xth final board examination this year through C.B.S.E board. i born in 7th feb. 1994. can i join NDA.after my board exam....?

You can not appear for the examination after 10th,you need to pass class 12th with PCM.

NDA is only for the candidate who are passed XIIth board examination with Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics with 60% marks.

Age limit: 17.5 to 19 years.

I am glad that you are determined to join the NDA and become an officer to serve the nation
However you cannot join the NDA as of now.
For NDA minimum qualification is that you must have passed Higher secondary or an equivalent exam from a recognized institution. Also, students appearing for the Higher Secondary exam can apply.
You need to have passed with subjects like Physics, Mathematics and chemistry with 60% aggregate.


Since you have only passed class 10, so you are not applicable now.

Dont get disheartened. You can apply once you get over with your Higher secondary exams.

Sorry, You Can Not Apply for NDA Exams After Completing Your 10th.

To Appear In This Exams, You Have To Pass In Your Class 12th With PCM Subjects.

So, Firstly Complete Your 12th Exams And Then Apply for NDA Exams, So Please Prepare for NDA Exams From Now Only Then You will Crack This Exams After 12th.


NDA Exams Pattern -


Mathematics (Objective type) - 300 Marks


General Ability Test (Objective type) - 600 Marks

Total marks for written examination - 900 Marks

Marks for SSB Interviews - 900 Marks

NDA i.e National Defense Academy is an Exam conducted twice a year.

For writing NDA a guy must possess 12 class Or 12 appearing.And age must be in between 16 1/2 to 19 years.

and You are a 1994 born guy, when you will pass your 12 Or you will be appearing for 12 class, then that time You will not find a single chance to appear for NDA. Because as per as the Age limits given by upsc board for NDA, your age will get exceed till that time.

So, Don't worry NDA is not only the Entry in the Army side, So many Exams are there after your Graduation Like SSC, CDSE , NCC 'C' Certificate And UES entry scheme.

Absolutely not, you can't appear for NDA examination after passing 10th standard.

This is not possible because minimum eligiblity criteria to appear in NDA examination is to be 10+2 passout with any of the stream.

Remember that only those studentd are eligible to join Navy and Airforce wings who have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as a subject. So if you are intrested to join Indian Navy or Air Force wing than you must have Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level.

If you wish to join Indian Army than you can apply even without having Mathematics and Physics at 10+2.

i.e students with Commerce and Arts stream are eligible to appear for NDA examination,

No you are not eligible for NDA after 10th bcoz minimum qualification is 12th with pcm(phyics,chemistry,math).

no you are not eligible for NDA examination. for NDA examination you must pass class 12th or equivalent examination.

For Army Wing of National Defence Academy you must pass 10+2 examination or equivalent examination from a State Education Board or a University.

For Air force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 (Executive Branch) course at the Naval Academy you must pass 10+2 or equivalent examination with the subject physics and mathematics from a state education board or a university.

at first you have to pass the 12th board exams with good marks
atleast 60% in physics, chemistry and maths....
so target that first.......
you can also take preperation during +2 levels

This is fantatics that u have to join indian army by nda but i tel u that for appear in nda entrance exam u must qualify 12 or appearing 12 but when u have select then u show ur 12 marksheet to officer

and minimum acceptable hieght for NDA is 157.5 cm


and this exam conduct twice a year whose notification come in employement newspaper!!

Which colleges offer NCC after 10th CLASS?

You cannot join NDA after 10th,you should be 12th passed for NDA.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy which is conducted by Union Public Service Commission
That is UPSC twice a year namely NDA-I & NDA-II.The eligibility criteria for applying for this is as follows :

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NDA EXAM

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

•Candidate must have passed or appearing in 10+2 exam from a recognized board or university.

•Candidate must have Physics and Maths subject in class 12th if he is applying for Indian Air Force or Indian Navy.

AGE CRITERIA

•Thecandidate’s age must lie between 16.5 years to 19 years. Something less or more is liable to be rejected .

MARKS REQUIRED TO GET AN NDA JOB

There is no marks criteria set by the upsc . Only you will have to pass the examination that is NDA examination and after that you will have to face three steps namely physical fitness test, GD and Interview .After clearing all steps you can join NDA .

NDA eligibility

You are not eligible for NDA exam because for this a candidate must have pass 12th or

appearing candidate can only fill the form having PCM.

So sorry to say but you cannot join NDA after completing 10th standard. Tenth passouts students are not eligible to appear in NDA examination conducted by UPSC.

Eligiblity criteria to join National Defence Academy is to be 10+2 passout with any of the stream i.e Commerce, Arts or Science stream.

To join Navy and Air Force wing, the candidate must have Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level. Arts and Commerce stream students are not eligible to join Navy and Airforce wings but are eligible for Army wing.

It would be better for you to continue your further studies to get a reputed position in Indian defence forces. Further more if you are intended to join Navy or Airforce wing than continue with Science stream.

As per your age you may get two-three attempts for the examination, you may apply while appearing in 10+2.

Further you can also join Defence forces after completing your graduation by appearing in CDS, SSC examination.

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to appear for NDA soon after the completion of your 10th.

In order to be eligible for NDA, one should have completed 10+2 with minimum of 60% marks and with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as the subjects.

So first try to complete your 10+2 with good percentage of marks and then try to appear for NDA

As per the age criteria, one should be in the age group of 16 1/2 years to 19 years to appear for NDA

This is appreciable that you are enthusiastic for joining indian armed forces.
but you have to wait for 2 years as there is minimum qualification required is 10+2.

oyu are currently studying in 10 class and not eligible for appearing in NDA.

you must first pass you 12 then u will be eligible.

whether your birthday is 7th feb 1994 is or not.
only that candidate can apply for nda who pass 12th class with physics , chemistry, and maths.

almost every college has ncc classes.
but object is that which ncc unit is there , i means to say that is there naval, army or air force.
because some college has naval units, some has ARMY UNITS ,
AND some has both units.

you can join nda after and only after +2
i think when you go to +2 , then you will be nearly about 18.
as maximum age is of 19 , so you can apply for it after +2
